HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Ingredients

Yield: 2 servings

ONE STEP AT A TIME

Let’s make it

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until evenly combined.
  2. Stir in the oats and chia seeds, scraping the bottom of the bowl so no dry oats remain.
  3. Divide between two clean jars or covered containers. Leave some space at the top for stirring and toppings.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours so the oats soften and the chia seeds thicken the mixture.
  5. Stir well before eating. Add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser texture.
  6. Top with freshly sliced banana and serve cold.

Storing & reheating

Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add the banana just before eating.
