  • Preparing oven: Heat your oven until it reaches 350 degrees (175degC). Place a baking sheet on parchment paper, and then set it aside.
  • Mixing Ingredients In a large mixing bowl mix peanut butter and sugar. Mix until it becomes creamy. Add the baking soda and egg and mix until all the ingredients are blended and smooth.
  • For Cookies: Utilizing a medium-sized cookie scoop or a tablespoon portion the dough out and then roll it into balls. Place the dough balls on the baking sheet you've prepared. Make use of a fork to press the dough to the sheet to form a crisscross for each one.
  • Bake Bake the cookies in the heated oven for 9-10 minutes and until cookies are firm on the edges. Be cautious not to overbake because cookies will continue to get firmer when they cool.
