1 1/2teaspoonsof fresh lemon juice

Half Persian cucumber that has been thinly cutor choose English cucumber
4oz.Smoked salmon
Half cup Microgreens (or Arugula
1tablespoonred onions that have been pickedoptional
A drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
1teaspoonof Everything Bakgel Seasoningoptional
Lemon wedges to serve

Directions
Toast the bread Toast the Bread lightly slices and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes.
Prepare the Avocado In an individual bowl, crush the avocado using a fork. Add lemon juice and minced garlic (if you are using) as well as salt and pepper. Mix well and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Assemble Toast Place the avocado mixture evenly over each piece of toast.
Add toppings Add toppings: Layer the cucumber slices over the avocado. Then add the red onions (if you're using).
Garnish with microgreens, then drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the Everything Bagel Seasoning if you want.
Serve immediately and serve with lemon wedges served on the side to add a splash of freshness.
