Prepare Ingredients
Slice the bananas in half and then keep them frozen in advance for at least two hours or until the bananas are firm. This creates a smooth like ice cream texture.
Make sure to freeze the cherries as well for a deliciously chilled cream.
Blend the Base
Place the bananas that have been frozen into an efficient blender or a food processor. Blend several times to break the bananas. Then blend constantly until it is smooth. You can add a tiny amount of plant-based milk to aid in blending however, avoid adding too much in order to maintain the consistency thick.
Add Cherries and Chocolate
When the banana base is smooth, add the frozen cherries, as well as chips or chunks of dark chocolate. Blend briefly, rotating several times to evenly distribute the chocolate and cherries without breaking them completely. This will result in tasty bits of cherry and chocolate throughout.
Serve Immediately or Freeze
To get a soft-serve consistency serve immediately. For a more firm texture, transfer the lovely cream to a sealed container, cover it, and then freeze for another 2 to 3 hours.
